• The road and utilities are completed. We have new fences surrounding the park.
• Sunset Park, our ten acre adjacent park, is flourishing with many daily walkers enjoying the paths and views.
• The “mavens of mulch”, our landscaping committee is working on a design for the Common House area and the nearly four acres of common land within the community. We envision walking paths amidst native grasses and wildflower meadows with dense plantings of bird-friendly trees and bushes. Also considered are places to sit and contemplate the beauty of our world, sanctuaries for quiet meditation and chance meetings. We are planting over 90 new plants as we speak to make the common house comfortable.
• Two homes are completed and the folks are living on the land! Two more homes are building with hope of occupancy around the holidays. Five more families are in the design stages and hope to start by early spring
